Bayanihan: We Heal Together-

Group Therapy for Filpina/x/o folks who want to break cycles of intergenerational trauma by engaging in community and supporting each other

6 group therapy sessions- Starting January 2025

$60 per session $360 total

If you are an adult located in CA, identify as Filipina/o/x, and you’ve been experiencing:

  • Familial guilt

  • Hurtful or harmful dynamics with your elders

  • Difficulty setting boundaries with family members

  • That constant conflict of meeting family’s expectations vs. meeting your own needs

Join your kababayan in thoughtful, restorative, and transformative community engagement to break trauma cycles and feel more fulfilled and connected to our culture.
